Bedworth is a small market town with Saxon origins, in north Warwickshire and close to Nuneaton and Coventry. As well as some beautiful historic buildings, Bedworth is known for its former coal mining and ribbon weaving industries. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside making it a great place to live if you like the great outdoors.

Bedworth is a great place to live given the easy access to the major road networks which include the M6 and M69. It is within easy reach of cities such as Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham as well as towns such as Warwick and Leamington. It also has good rail and local bus links with the train station serving Coventry and local towns of Nuneaton, Kenilworth and Leamington.

For those with children, there two schools in town as well as other educational establishments further afield in Nuneaton, Coventry, Warwick and Leamington.

Football, rugby and swimming feature prominently in Bedworth as well as the town being home to the Bedworth Parkrun held on Sunday mornings. A little further afield in Nuneaton and Coventry there are leisure centres which provide a host of sporting activities including swimming, badminton, basketball and athletics.

Bedworth is a market town with a great community spirit. As well as a great many pubs and working men’s clubs, Bedworth has a skate park which was established after a campaign by local youngsters and a thriving shopping centre.
