Providers of Energy Performance Certificates.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are a mandatory part of Home Information Packs, which are a legal requirement for properties of three bedrooms or more that are placed on the market for sale.

The Government has also just announced that as from 14 December 2007 properties that are placed on the market for sale with one or two bedrooms will also require an EPC as part of a Home Information Pack (HIP).
